Once your business is set up with cloud accounting software the chances are you’ll need a little more help to get it embedded. That’s where DB Accounting’s training and support service comes in.
It usually starts with a training session, either in person or online. We’ll take you and your team through the key functions, showing you how to upload receipts and invoices, run bank reconciliations and access the reports you need on a daily basis. It’s a two-way conversation and totally flexible. If you’ve got questions, or there are particular features of the software you want to understand, just let us know.
Then, we can run follow-up sessions as required – if you take on new team members, for example, or discover a feature of your chosen package that you think might be helpful in your business.
Finally, once you’re up and running, we’ll always be a quick call or an email away if you need a little extra help at any point.
